Title II Allocation of Funds, Title II PD Types, Title II PD Topics Data Source Description Title II LEA Survey District surveys were administered to a nationally representative sample of 5,491 local educational agencies (typically school districts) in the spring and summer of 2021. The district sample included enough districts in each state to permit state-level estimates of district uses of Title II-A funds and also included a nationally representative sample of 500 charter school districts. Puerto Rico and Hawaii have singie school districts and are excluded from the LEA analyses.
