2020-2021 PUERTO RICO 179, 189 585, 590 Performance Data were not reported at the SEA/LEA/SCH levels for FS179/DG585 and FS189/DG590. On August 27, 2021 the USDE approved a waiver of the requirements in section 1111(b)(2) of the ESEA for the 2020-2021 SY to administer statewide general and alternate assessments in reading/language arts, mathematics, and science. A waiver of sections 1111(h)(1)(C)(ii), (vii), and (xi) of the ESEA requiring the reporting of the assessment results was approved as well.
