CO: The Colorado migrant program has a limited number of licensed counselors. If the person supporting the students is not a licensed counselor then we do not count that as a service from counselors.
CT: Connecticut ended its participation in the Education of Migrant Children program in 2007.
DC: There are no migrant children in the District of Columbia.
NM: New Mexico's migrant program does not provide Counseling Services or Support Services. New Mexico only provides Reading and Math services for migrant.
ND: North Dakota provides a supplemental summer migrant education program only.
PR: Puerto Rico has no Migrant Program.
RI: Rhode Island does not operate a Title 1 - Part C Migrant Education Program.
SC: South Carolina has no regular MEP program during the regular school year.
WY: Wyoming has no Migrant Education Program funded during the regular school year.
