1 Description: The number of Title I schools that have missed adequate yearly progress (AYP) for four consecutive years.; Academic Year: 2014-15; Grade: N/A; Note: The state-reported number of Title I schools that have missed adequate yearly progress (AYP) for four consecutive years. This is the third stage of the five improvement phases outlined under Section 1116 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. Schools in this category must offer public school choice and supplemental educational services (SES) and undertake one of the corrective actions listed in the statute.
