1 Description: The number of Title I schools in the state that have missed adequate yearly progress (AYP) for five consecutive years.; Academic Year: 2014-15; Grade: N/A; Note: The state-reported number of Title I schools that have missed adequate yearly progress (AYP) for five consecutive years. This is the fourth stage of the five improvement phases outlined under Section 1116 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. Schools in this category must offer public school choice and supplemental educational services (SES), continue carrying out the corrective action identified in the previous year, and begin preparing for one of the restructuring options listed in the statute.
