1 Description: The number of Title I schools in the state that have missed adequate yearly progress (AYP) for three consecutive years.; Academic Year: 2007-08; Grade: N/A; Note: The state-reported number of Title I schools that have missed adequate yearly progress (AYP) for three consecutive years. This is the second stage of the five improvement phases outlined under Section 1116 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. Schools in this category must offer public school choice and supplemental educational services (SES). Improvement statuses are projected based on the school's AYP status from the prior school year (e.g. 2007-08 improvement statuses are based on 2006-07 AYP determinations). A dash (-) indicates that the data are not available.
