1 Description: The unduplicated statewide number of participating migrant children ages 3 to 5 who received any type of instructional service funded in whole or in part with MEP funds during the performance period (including reading instruction, mathematics instruction, high school credit accrual or any other type of instructional service) that was provided by either a teacher or a paraprofessional.; Academic Year: 2014-15; Grade: N/A; Note: The unduplicated statewide number of participating migrant children ages 3 to 5 who received migrant education program (MEP) -funded mathematics instruction during the performance period, provided by a teacher only (these counts should be a subset of the counts reported for "Instructional Services"). This category includes correspondence courses taken by a student under the supervision of a teacher. Children may be reported as having received more than one type of instructional service. However, children should be reported only once within each type of instructional service that they received regardless of the frequency with which they received the instructional service. Mathematics Instruction is defined as instruction in mathematics provided by a MEP-funded teacher for students on a regular or systematic basis, usually for a predetermined period of time. A dash (-) indicates that the data are not available. The symbol "n<" indicates that the data have been suppressed due to a small count. The symbols "> 97%" and "< 3%" indicate that the value is higher than 97 percent or less than 3 percent, respectively.
