1 Description: The unduplicated statewide number of eligible migrant children in grades 4 and 5 who resided in a State one or more days, between September 1 and August 31 of a reporting period, and who are also Children with Disabilities (IDEA) under Part B or Part C of IDEA.; Academic Year: 2016-17; Grade: N/A; Note: The unduplicated statewide number of eligible migrant children in grades 4 and 5 who resided in a State one or more days, between September 1 and August 31 of a reporting period, and who are also Children with Disabilities (IDEA) under Part B or Part C of IDEA. Children with disabilities are defined as children having mental retardation; hearing impairment, including deafness; speech or language impairment; visual impairment, including blindness; serious emotional disturbance (hereafter referred to as emotional disturbance); orthopedic impairment; autism; traumatic brain injury; developmental delay; other heal impairment; specific learning disability; deaf-blindness; or multiple disabilities and who, by reason thereof, receive special education and related services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) according to an Individualized Education Program (IEP), Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), or a services plan. A dash (-) indicates that the data are not available. The symbol "n<" indicates that the data have been suppressed due to a small count. The symbols "> 97%" and "< 3%" indicate that the value is higher than 97 percent or less than 3 percent, respectively.
