1 Description: The number of Title I schools in the state that have missed adequate yearly progress (AYP) for at least six consecutive years.; Academic Year: 2014-15; Grade: N/A; Note: The state-reported number of Title I schools that have missed adequate yearly progress (AYP) for at least six consecutive years. This is the fifth stage of the five improvement phases outlined under Section 1116 of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act. Schools in this category must offer public school choice and supplemental educational services (SES), and implement the restructuring plan identified in the previous phase of the school improvement timeline.
