Under Title I, students served in neglected or delinquent institutions can receive Title I, Part A services. These institutions include: neglected institutions, which serve students placed there due to abandonment, neglect, or death of their parent or guardian; institutions for delinquent children and youth, which care for children adjudicated to be delinquent or in need of supervision; community day programs, which are regular programs of instruction operated by state agencies for for neglected or delinquent children; and adult correction institutions, to which persons are confined to as a result of a criminal offense. A dash (-) indicates that the data are not available.
