1 Description: The unduplicated statewide number of eligible migrant children in grades 9 to 12 who are failing, or most at risk of failing, to meet academic content and achievement standards, and whose education has been interrupted during the regular school year.; Academic Year: 2014-15; Grade: N/A; Note: The unduplicated statewide number of eligible migrant children in grades 9 to 12 who are failing, or most at risk of failing, to meet academic content and achievement standards, and whose education has been interrupted during the regular school year. This term is described in Section 1304(d) of the statute. Each State must have sufficient procedures in place to ensure that eligible migrant children are classified as Priority for Service (PFS). PFS students must not only be failing or at most risk of failing, but also must have had their education interrupted during the regular school year, between the first and last day of the school year. This number includes children who were identified as PFS during the reporting period. A dash (-) indicates that the data are not available. The symbol "n<" indicates that the data have been suppressed due to a small count. The symbols "> 97%" and "< 3%" indicate that the value is higher than 97 percent or less than 3 percent, respectively.
