Steps for downloading the data you need (For more details, go to FAQs)

  1. Use the filters to the left to choose your data of interest (Tip: For File Specification and Data Group filters, hover over titles for more information)
  2. Select "RESET FILTERS" at any time to return to the default filters
  3. Once you have selected the data you need, click on the "DOWNLOAD DATA" button to download CSV and data notes. Your data will export immediately.

Post pandemic, school and teacher relationships are vastly different than prior to the pandemic. Change in educational models and the use of online courses, along with teacher shortages, have resulted in adaptations in the divisions as they provide coursework options for students.

2021-2022 WASHINGTON 203 839 SEA Year to Year Comparison: The SEA data indicate a change of -41.0% between the current school year number of teachers teaching with an emergency or provisional credential and the prior school year number of teachers teaching with an emergency or provisional credential in FS203/DG839. The below changes have been made. The results for all school years were recalculated in accordance with these changes. TCHINEXPRNCD was changed from <= 5.0 years of experience to < 5.0 years of experience. This data is reported as of the beginning of the school year, so someone with a reported 5.0 years of experience has already completed 5 years of teaching. Term scaling was applied to section counts when calculating the amount of FTE for TCHWEMRPRVCRD, TCHWOEMRPRVCRD, TCHINFLD, TCHOUTFLD. With this addition, a section taught for a semester does not get equally weighted with a section taught for a full year, a quarter, etc. An error was discovered in the previous calculation which was dramatically inflating the amount of FTE reported. This has now been fixed.

This LEA has had a decline in certified classroom teachers and has unfilled vacancies. The LEA has employed several itinerant teachers to help lessen the COVID learning gap for their students.
2021-2022 WISCONSIN 067 422 SEA Year to Year Comparison: The difference between the number of Title III teachers reported in FS067/DG422 in the current school year is -64% compared to the prior year. In the prior year, one of our larger LEAs incorrectly reported all staff in the district as working in LIEPs. The WDPI was not able to incorporate their updated data into the certified data source for FS067 for SY 20-21. The data was reported correctly this year, resulting in the appearance of a large change in certified staff counts.
