The primary purpose of the CCD is to provide basic information on public elementary and secondary schools, local education agencies (LEAs), and state education agencies (SEAs) for each State, the District of Columbia, and the outlying territories with a U.S. relationship.
CCD is composed of two components: Nonfiscal CCD and Fiscal CCD.
This site provides access to csv files from 12 data collections authorized under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Section 618. Datasets can be found on assessment, child count, educational environments, personnel, exiting, discipline, and more.
The CRDC collection includes a variety of information in detailed data tables and downloadable data files including student enrollment and educational programs and services, most of which is disaggregated by race/ethnicity, sex, limited English proficiency, and disability.
